Smith Rock State Park is a day-use only area, open dawn to dusk.  The $5 parking fee (per vehicle) can be purchased at any of the yellow pay machines in the parking areas.  You can pay with credit card or exact bills; change is not provided.  The three main parking areas are within a one mile stretch along the park road, NE Crooked River Drive.
