Smith Rock State Park is a day-use only area, open dawn to dusk.  The parking fee ($10 for OR residents or $12.50 for out of state residents) can be purchased with credit card at pay kiosks located in the parking areas.  The three main parking areas are within a one mile stretch along the park road, NE Crooked River Drive.  There is also a gravel overflow lot near the end of the road that is open on extra busy days.
